I believe novotel have contact person with and could resolve this matter quickly without troubling the guest. Then we were allotted an executive suite, after much argument. We could not sleep the whole night as there was a wedding in the hotel and there was a party in the room above. Till 4 am in the morning we were awake and had to threaten to call the police to get them to shut off the music. The regreneration planning of the trees should be planned. Room is perfect, cleaned and well maintained. I am very happy. A bit problem is in the lobby area. Hope that It can be solved soon.
